CANDLE SALES RISK WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

This Risk Waiver & Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned (“Customer”) in favor of this company, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively referred to as the “Seller”).

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I acknowledge that the use of candles involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: exposure to hot wax, dyes, and fragrances, Risk of burns or other physical injuries, Fire hazards or property damage, Allergic reactions to fragrances, waxes, or other ingredients. I understand these risks and voluntarily choose to purchase and use candle products offered by the Seller.

2. Assumption of Risk
I fully assume all risks associated with: The purchase, transportation, and use of candles or related items, Any mishandling, misuse, or personal use of materials provided. I understand that proper candle use and safety precautions are my responsibility.

3. Release and Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to purchase from the Seller, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Seller from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness, including death, that may be sustained from using candle products, whether caused by the Seller’s negligence or otherwise.

4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller from any claims, demands, costs, damages, or liabilities arising from my actions, misuse of products, or failure to follow provided safety instructions.

5. Medical Disclosure
I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions, sensitivities, or allergies that would be adversely affected by the use of candle products. If applicable, I take full responsibility for managing these conditions.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
